POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Sales Team Leader with proven experience working with diallers and leading high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will be driven, adaptable, and committed to doing whatever it takes to achieve growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams operating on the dialler.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.

• Foster a results-driven culture where effort directly impacts reward.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Strong experience working with dialler systems.
• Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams.
• Resilient, adaptable, and growth-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a performance-based, “what you put in is what you get out” environment.
• Business/Financial/Commercial Diploma or Degree.
• Management qualification an advantage.
• Regulatory accreditation (FAIS compliant).
