SUMMARY:
Excellent opportunity in Durban with a world-renowned FMCG company. You will be tasked with maximizing market availability in the various channels and building long-term customer relationships.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Relevant Tertiary qualification in Sales & Marketing
At least 3 - 5 years of work experience as an in-field sales professional in the FMCG industry
To have a key understanding of consumer/shopper Demographics, Data, & Trends to build compelling category & customer business solutions that add value to the Customers
Negotiate range, the share of shelf, placement & POS directly with customers
Existing relationships with retail clients, Forecourts, Franchises preferred

Scope of role:

Develop an instore execution plan, utilizing key insights generated by the customer & category activation team.
Identify specific key growth drivers, assortment and product mix, promo, and optimize trade investment in line with the allocated spend per customer and store.
Engage internal and third-party sales resources to ensure consistent delivery against KPI targets
Engage with sales partners and regional managers to formulate in-store job training based on store execution standards for the sales partners'' field force.
