SUMMARY:
Sales and Components Manager R900K - R1,1M Gauteng We are urgently looking for a Specification Sales and Components Manager to join our biggest client in the manufacturing industry. Our client is a leader in the industry, and they have operation all around the world. The incumbent will grow and develop specifying opportunities and product management to the sales department.

POSITION INFO:

Key focus areas-

Channel Development and Customer Engagement
Continuous improvement
Required to travel as and when required in order to develop, manage, and sustain sales revenue.
Required to attend company and dealer functions.
Act as the host at any company event or when entertaining customers at the office, or at any other required venue

Ideal Candidate:

6 years Sales experience at a senior level (non-negotiable)
Intense experience in building industry at a leading supplier company
Market analysis knowledge and experience
Strategy formulation
Advanced Negotiation Skills on pricing and terms of sale
Team Building skills amongst sales team members
Ability to identify product related customer requirements and market needs

Qualifications

Sales qualification- Diploma – IMM /B.com Marketing degree.
