JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the animal nutrition industry is seeking a Sales and Development Manager for Gauteng.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Sales and Business Development Manager
Location: Gauteng   
Salary Range: R 35 000.00 – R 50 000.00 CTC pm
 
The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
  • Sales and marketing of a range of specialty nutrition solutions in the feed industry.
  • Taking the lead on new business development of the premix brand
  • Liaise with suppliers, producers, feed millers, consulting nutritionists and key influences in this dynamic sector
  • Depot liaison
  • Stay up to date with independent research, market trends and business
  • Participate in industry technical and marketing committee meetings
 
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of BSc Agriculture degree –Animal science or a related business degree
  • Registration with relevant professional body
  • 2 - 10 years of related sales experience in the feed industry will be beneficial
  • Commercial Business Development within SADAC will be advantageous
  • Computer literate and proven competency.
The candidate must be willing and able to travel locally and internationally as it is an essential part of this job
