SUMMARY:
An engineering concern in Kempton Park needs a vibrant, and confident Sales and Marketing Administrator to assist the Sales Manager and be responsible for Marketing related administration using Coral Draw.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric).
Computer Literate (Excel and Word- Advanced)
Coral Draw experience is required.
Accpac or SAGE experience is desired.
2 years' experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
Sales Administration

Assisting Sales Manager with admin functions, diary management, filing etc.
Minutes of meetings.
Answering of phones if manager or Sales Representatives are not available.
Recording of all information given by reps on excel.
Filing of all correspondence and documentation.
Extract information from Accpac system.
Creating spreadsheets and reports as required by the Sales Manager.
Assist with monthly sales reports and analysis on excel and word.

Marketing Administration

Taking photos of products and editing.
Assist with diary design and customer gifts.
Social Media.
All other marketing related work.
