SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to lead and grow their national and international sales and marketing functions. This strategic role involves driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, overseeing branch operations, and developing new markets across Southern Africa and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and marketing leadership, strong financial and commercial acumen, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years’ experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in a multi-branch or technical product environment.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing distributed teams.
Experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and sales analytics.
Experience expanding B2B sales channels locally and into other African markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
South African citizen with no criminal record.
