Sales and Marketing Manager

They need a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales and marketing.

In this position, you will be responsible to track market developments, create strategies, set up sales and marketing plans to get Universities/TVET and other customers on board for PURQ offering and meet annual sales and marketing targets set.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales and marketing targets.
• Cultivating lasting relationships with Universities/TVET customers to grow customer base.
• Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and marketing objectives.
• Working with Universities/TVET customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
• Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify needs.
• Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products.
• Establishing a sales training program to train new employees.
• Meeting with sales managers to assess company performance.
• Track market developments, create strategies, and maintain customer relations.
• Prepares and completes marketing action plan.
• Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
• Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
• Improve marketability/profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on opportunities.
• Sustain rapport with key account making periodic visits.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor''s degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years'' experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
• Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure

• Superior organizational and time management skills

Salary:

• R40 000 - R50 000 CTC per month plus commission.
