SUMMARY:
Sales and Operations Dialler (Dialler Experience mandatory)

POSITION INFO:

We’re seeking someone who’s ready to follow our proven business model, roll up their sleeves, and build from the ground up by dialing and making sales.

Duties & Responsibilities

Direct involvement in dialing and making sales.
Ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Foster a results driven culture where effort directly impacts reward.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Strong experience working with dialler systems.
Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams.
Resilient, adaptable, and growth-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in a performance-based, “what you put in is what you get out” environment.
Business/Financial/Commercial Diploma or Degree.
Management qualification an advantage.
Regulatory accreditation (FAIS compliant).
