Visual Merchandiser/Sales

Furniture Sales
After Sales follow up and communication.
Follow up on orders with dispatch and warehouse.
Attend to and resolve Customer queries.
Assist customers
Locate products and checked store system for merchandise at other sites.
Field customer questions to share information about products, availability and pricing.
Assist customers with orders telephonically.

Relevant qualifications

Matric essential

3-5 years’ experience in a retail furniture store is essential
