Sales/Data Analyst

SUMMARY:
Looking for a young and dynamic graduate who will be responsible for evaluating and identifying trends in sales by analyzing industry data. This involves collecting and examining data and using the information gathered to create coherent and intelligent reports, then presenting your reports to your team and to management.

POSITION INFO:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for ensuring that the sales organisation has the specific data and information it needs to make value based decisions
• Use of broad base of measures to understand and track performance. Always aware of current status, spots trends early and acts on issues
• Insight from business intelligence and customer databases ensures that trade & customer plans are targeting biggest opportunity
• Distilling insights from customer intelligence and creating effective sales practices & operating processes
• Support of the “planning/executing and the review of key volume drivers (Volume and 4A''s)
• Refine and improve reporting elements in the organisation cross functionally with Finance and Supply to support sales

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

• Qualification in Systems Engineering/Coding/Programming
• Computer literacy
• Advantage if experience in working with Qlik & knowledge of SQL
