POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with proven experience in Salesforce development, administration, and customer relationship management systems. This role involves the administration and maintenance of the CIE/DI Salesforce Org, including system updates, security reviews, business process analysis, and documentation of changes. The successful candidate will also manage system configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and provide 1st and 2nd line user support. The position requires strong technical proficiency, analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction within an agile working environment.
What you'll do:
- System Administration of the CIE/DI Salesforce Org
- System administration and updates per Salesforce recommendations
- Security reviews of the Salesforce Org
- Business process analysis and documentation for changes
- Systems change and configuration management
- User requirements gathering and documentation
- System development, testing and deployment including web portals, integration to other systems, and workflow development and management.
- User support (1st and 2nd Line) for the CIE Salesforce environment
Your Expertise:
- 1-2 years’ experience in Salesforce development and support
- 1-2 years’ experience in Salesforce system administration
- 2+ years’ experience in Customer relationship management systems
- User Experience/Interface implementation experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Degree in IT/Commerce
- Salesforce certification in at least 1 module (Sales / Service / CPQ)
