Salesforce Developer

SUMMARY:
Our client is urgently looking for Salesforce developers to join their team.
It is a 12-Month contract renewable.

POSITION INFO:

Role: Salesforce Developer

Job Spec

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce
• Experience in Business Analysis, Salesforce Consulting and banking domain will be preferred
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certified and Salesforce Platform Developer 2 is preferred
• Experience in developing building blocks of an engagement in the Sales lifecycle, involving effort estimates, scoping the project & proposing a high-level execution plan.
• Must have an experience in Salesforce Lightening
• Good communication skills both written and verbal and fluency in English is mandatory
• Must be ready to work under the pressurized project environment and tight timelines
• Free from Criminal and Credit issues
• Must be a self-managed resource and able to work with less supervision
• Must have his own Laptop and network connectivity as it is a work from home opportunity (if it the candidate is in offshore)
• Must be willing to work in SA time zone and SA holiday calendar (if it the candidate is in offshore).

OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This is a contract opportunity which is renewed every 12 months.
• Your initial offer will be till 15-DEC-2021, as there is Freeze period, the contract will get renewed from 3-Jan-2022.
• If you are not expected to work during the Freeze period, you will not be billed during these days.
• You will work 8hrs a day /40hrs a week. You will be billed for the hours you work.
• You will not be entitled for any payment for the days which you don’t work.
• As you follow the SA holiday calendar, any leave you take other than SA holidays will not be paid.
• Once hired, you will be in the payroll of INDSAFRI & working for the client.
• INDSAFRI will be responsible for all the Client Interface activities.
