Minimum Requirements:

1. Previous experience working as a developer
2. Bachelor’s Degree
3. Salesforce certified (preferred)
4. Fluent in English
5. Ambitious, proactive, resilient and flexible
6. Interested in building a career in technology
7. Strong communicator and team player
8. Exceptional organisational and time management skills and have the ability to prioritise
9. Entrepreneurial
10. Result driven, self motivated person
11. Functional knowledge of Triggers, Aura Components/LWC
12. Functional knowledge of Apex
13. Functional knowledge of Flows and Process Builders
14. Understanding of the different Salesforce Clouds
15. Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts
16. Combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience.
17. Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team.
18. Experience working with business process and development teams to design, implement and deploy Salesforce.com applications to different clients at the enterprise level of the company.

1. To understand the full extent of the solution, integration components and how they fit into the enterprise architecture.
2. Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
3. Train, coach, and supervise staff.
4. Preparing the technical blueprints for cost effective and efficient Salesforce solutions across the platform, taking a leadership role throughout design and delivery.
5. Operating under different departments & locations to enhance existing skills using Salesforce
6. You will be Event Monitoring to identify and analyse Salesforce behaviour
7. Working closely with the Sales team to improve their existing skills and to help them devise new Salesforce processes. This requires capabilities of investigating new Salesforce technologies
8. Abide by the practises emphasised by Salesforce in the perspective of data archival/cleansing and analysis
9. Conduct Visualforce and Apex development alongside process builders
