  The Role:

  We are looking for Salesforce Developer for perm and contract opportunities for an IT Consulting company.  Perm and Contracting opportunities.......

  Skill Requirements:

  • Build Salesforce applications using custom and declarative tools and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
  • Create/modify existing controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across all platforms.
  • Develop highly interactive UI using Visualforce, Lightning components (LWC a plus), JavaScript and JQuery technologies.
  • Develop custom applications using Salesforce and integrating Salesforce with other systems.
  • Apply best practices and design patterns for solutions developed on the Salesforce platform.
  • Create, maintain and execute unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce.
  • Maintenance of system security and data integrity.
  • Ability to follow and work within project work plans and timelines to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users (a bonus).

   

  Skills and Experience:

   

  Experience and Qualifications Requirements:

  • Salesforce Certified App Builder or Salesforce Certified Administrator (any others are a plus).
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
  • Minimum of 2 years configuring and developing solutions on Salesforce.
  • 3-4 years of experience in software development overall (a plus).
  • Bachelorâ??s degree in computer science or equivalent in experience
