1. Salesforce Einstein Feature Analyst: - 3-6 months

• Minimum work experience: 5+ years of work experience in IT
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce - Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Minimum 3 completed Salesforce Certification
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
• Completed tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering or Information Systems
• Ideally a minimum of 3 SF certifications
