JOB SUMMARY: My client a globally recognised automotive parts distributor and franchise group is looking for a Salesman. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of service to current and prospective customers relating to all parts being sold over the counter, online, or any other platform.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
Educate Customers on product ranges if they are uncertain about the product, they want to purchase
Answer all incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Offer a variety of product related solutions to clients
Utilise inbound call opportunities to generate sales and renewals
Develop strong relationships with customers and demonstrate how we can add value to their business
Identify potential customer needs/ opportunities to grow our business and discuss with Branch Manager
Conduct follow up calls daily to customers who have expressed an interest in our products
Ensure that all complaints are captured and reported to all the relevant stakeholders and that constant feedback is given to the customer
Miscellaneous administration tasks
Daily cash-ups of your till
Set clear and achievable expectations with clients and achieving them
Requirements:
Customer Care and or Marketing diploma, degree and or relevant experience
At least 3 years’ experience within Customer Care/ Sales
Experienced with several systems
Full understanding of design and production costs to include waste, downtime, scrap, and re-work
Experience within the sales environment within the automotive industry
Salary:
