POSITION INFO:
Salon Coordinator / Salon Manager needed in Fourways
- Hair/ Beauty Therapy qualification would be an Advantage
- 2 - 4 years of working experience in a busy Spa / Salon establishment as a Coordinator / Front Desk Coordinator with some Management duties
- ESP Systems experience & Computer Literacy (Excel, Word & Emails, etc.)
- MUST have Administrative & Management skills.
- MUST be able to work between 4 to 5 Doctors
- MUST be able to perform day-to-day duties such as; maintaining customer service and salon standards, targets, revenue, cleanliness, etc.
- Previous experience in taking Bookings, Handling Phones, Emails, Cash-ups, Coordinating, Stocktaking, etc.
- MUST have excellent verbal & written communication skills & be very proficient in English.
- MUST have previous experience with working under pressure, managing stuff, plus Front Desk as a whole
- MUST be able to assist the other 2 Receptionists, plus the Doctors
