SUMMARY:
Our client specializes in project support for the (petro)chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking a Scaffolding Supervisor to join their team in the Netherlands.

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Certification in scaffolding supervision or related qualifications.
• Thorough knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety regulations, and construction standards.
• Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to assess risks and implement corrective measures promptly.

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate scaffolding activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Inspect scaffolding materials, structures, and equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
• Train and guide scaffolding teams on safe practices and efficient techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding operations, including inspections, materials used, and team assignments.
• Collaborate with project managers and other supervisors to ensure scaffolding requirements align with project schedules and goals.
