About the Role
 
Our client is looking for a passionate, motivated and resourceful individuals to join their Travel team.  As a Travel Specialist you will be fulfilling leisure travel requests on behalf of our Scandinavian based members, including luxury journeys on behalf of high-net-worth members, complex flight inclusive itineraries covering several destinations within Scandinavia and world-wide. 
 
Your exceptional customer service skills, commercial judgement, skilful use of travel research and booking technology, and passion for travel will deliver superb member satisfaction, high levels of supplier revenue and repeat usage of the company for travel and other jobs throughout the business. 
 
The role will require some evening and weekend shifts.

• Proven track record in Scandinavia leisure sales as well as worldwide itineraries
• Previous experience working with view data is preferable but not essential
• Experience in a retail environment or Tour operator essential
• Previous experience working with Amadeus is preferable but not essential
• Fluency (both written and spoken) in Swedish and English. Norwegian and Danish is a big plus.
