Scrum Master

SUMMARY:
A renowned wealth management firm is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join their driven team.

POSITION INFO:

Organise and help execute the Scrum framework within the organization

Assist the product owner in prioritisation and scheduling of work

Guide/coach/mentor the development team  

Troubleshoot

Help the team reach their Scrum and Agile practice goals

Skills & Experience:

Excellent communication, coaching and facilitation skills

Must be flexible, resilient, energetic and have an adaptive leadership style

Able to exert influence without authority

Logical thinker and deductive reasoning

Negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Strong self-motivated as well as the ability to motivate others

Emotionally intelligence, ability to work with multiple personality types

Works to create a collaborative culture within the team

Observant and an expert at root cause analysis

Qualification:

Tertiary qualification - Advantageous
