Scrum Master

Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including product backlog refinement, preplanning, planning, daily stand-up’s, sprint reviews, retrospectives.

ï‚· Ownership and accountability of establishing Agile values, methods, principles and practices for the delivery of projects and products.

ï‚· Establish and develop bank''s Agile delivery team.

ï‚· Coach and mentor team members on Agile ways of working, standards and best practices, such as Scrum, DevSecOps and SAFe.

ï‚· Represent the team interests towards relevant stakeholders and work out improvement for areas of tension within the Agile transformation.

ï‚· Configure and maintain Agile project management tools (Typically Atlassian Suite).

ï‚· Collaborate closely with Product Owner to prepare and clarify the product backlog.

ï‚· Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining and managing the product backlog.

ï‚· Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.

ï‚· Support the team to improve their technical work by reviewing results and establish lessons learned as well as track the improvement.

ï‚· Facilitates getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.

Minimum qualification required:

ï‚· Relevant Degree or higher diploma

ï‚· Certified Scrum Master (PSM or CSM)

ï‚· 5+ IT and Financial industry experience essential

ï‚· 4-5 years’ experience within an Agile development environment as a Scrum Master

ï‚· Experience in a SAFe Agile environment will be advantageous.
