JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is a major FSP in the South African market and they are on the lookout for an experienced Scrum Master to join, oversee and provide guidance to their scrum teams in BI. If you are certain of your abilities to keep a team within the Scrum framework, make use of Agile methodologies and ensure improved processes and decision making, then make sure to apply as soon as you can.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

I’m Agile and I Sprint and Scrum every single day. I wish my body would get with the program, though.

As a Scrum Master you will be expected to establish and maintain team focus throughout a project lifecycle, ensure the team practices core Agile principles, manage stakeholder, compile reports, work closely with leadership, assist with BI capability operating model and managing tasks throughout a project’s lifecycle.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
Scrum techniques
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Leadership and Management experience
Knowledge of toolsets such as Wherescape, Cloudera, IDQS and Data Vault
Experience in DevOps environment
Project management experience

Qualification:
A field-related qualification is advantageous
Certified Scrum Master
