Scrum Master (Partially remote)

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

In this role you will mentor the development team to take on responsibilities and ownership of the product, execute the scrum framework and motivate the team in regards to achieving goals and how they meet them

Your strong communication skills and ability to identify and facilitate the resolution of identified challenges will enable you to excel at this role

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years IT industry experience

Minimum of 4 years Scrum Master experience within an Agile environment.

Solid Understanding Engineering practices and ability to coach teams

Extensive Experience in dealing with all levels of business

Qualification:

Related Tertiary Qualification
