URGENT ROLE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My well-established freight forwarder is seeking a strong seafreight controller to join their team.

This role is client facing and client focused, therefore previous customer service / KAM experience essential.

You will be responsible to provide font line support for clients and customers and to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with products, services and features.

Matric and relevant tertiary education.
