Section Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client in the mining sector is looking for a Section Manager
Calling on all Female Section Manager Applicants 

POSITION INFO:
Work output description:
Assist the manager in the control, management, and direction of the underground working of the mine, as stipulated by the
regulation.

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or Equivalent and Blasting Certificate
- Mine Manager Certificate of Competency
- At least 5 years’ experience as Mine Overseer of which 3 years must have exposure in management (MHSA 2.6.1 or 3.1
appointment)
- Computer Literacy (MS Office and SAP system)

Advantageous:
- Diploma/ Degree in Mining Engineering
- Management Programme / MDP / MAP

Skills and knowledge:
- Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of HR systems and related legislation
- Computer Literacy (MS office, SAP System)

Physical / Legal Requirements:
- Obtain medical fitness certificate
- Clear criminal record
- Valid Driving Licence
