POSITION INFO:
Purpose of the role:
To support both the Listed and Unlisted teams with the generation of well researched investment ideas, industry leading sector knowledge, strategic initiatives and contribute to growth in assets under management.
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
- At least 7 years’ relevant sector experience in social infrastructure research or equity analyst covering healthcare/education/properties
- Post graduate qualification in Commerce, Finance or equivalent relevant Master’s degree/MBA/CFA would be preferred.
- Experience in undertaking research with implications for the economy and investments is
- Experience of implementing research views in portfolios would be highly
- Must possess the desire and ability to work in a collaborative and intensive team-orientated environment
- FAIS RE5 Certificate or it must be obtained within 6 months of employment

- Post Graduate Degree in Commerce, Finance
Professional Body/Association
Duties:
- Produce Industry leading proprietary research that generates Investment views and ideas in social infrastructure sectors (education, healthcare, affordable housing, student accommdation and water & sanitation).
- Identify investment opportunities in social
- Undertake thematic research and thought leadership pieces in social
- Develop and update sector investment strategies for social
- Undertake market research analysis for unlisted
- Support the unlisted deal teams during due diligence process and in evaluating potential
- Work with senior analysts and research
