Are you an experienced Area Manager in the Security industry managing the Supervisors and Staff with their day to day functions where they are on site at various Clients premises?

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, relevant qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience as an Area Manager within the Security Industry essential

Excellent staff management and liaison skills

Bilingual in English and Afrikaans

Excellent management skills

DUTIES

Reporting to the Regional Manager

Setting daily requirements for all staff

Maximising staff performance adhering to company standards

Providing the team with a stimulating and supportive environment

Maintaining and increasing all standards of customer and operational services

Driving team performance

Controlling the training and development of your staff

Salary: R dependent on experience
