Do you have minimum five to ten years experience in the Security industry as an accomplished Area Manager? Our Client requires your expertise in managing customers expectations and your security team with their day to day functions.

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, relevant qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience as an Area Manager within the Security Industry essential

Excellent staff management and liaison skills

Bilingual in English and Afrikaans

Excellent management skills

DUTIES

Reporting to the Regional Manager

Setting daily requirements for all staff

Maximising staff performance adhering to company standards

Providing the team with a stimulating and supportive environment

Maintaining and increasing all standards of customer and operational services

Driving team performance

Controlling the training and development of your staff

Salary: R dependent on experience
