SUMMARY:
Lifestyle estate just North of Durban has an opportunity for an experienced Security Operations / Facilities Manager to join their brand

Package negotiable

Ensure the overall safety and security of the Estate and its
residents through compliance with the relevant regulations and
rules; effective utilisation of the necessary safety and security
equipment; efficient deployment of contracted service providers in accordance with agreed SLA’s.

POSITION INFO:
A detailed brief will be shared when shortlisting but in brief;

SLA management
Investigation of all security related incidents
Budget Preparation and Management - Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and requirements
Database Maintenance and Management
Report Preparation and Submission
Ensure daily checks and conducts audits (Both guarding and technical)
Liaison with local emergency authorities
SOP Management

Security Management qualification or similar including Facilities Management
PSIRA Grade B minimum
National Diploma: Security/ Police Management
A minimum of 5 years management experience in the Security industry
Must have a reasonable level of First Aid and Fire Fighting training
