Lifestyle estate just North of Durban has an opportunity for an experienced Security Operations / Facilities Manager to join their brand

Ensure the overall safety and security of the Estate and its
residents through compliance with the relevant regulations and
rules; effective utilisation of the necessary safety and security
equipment; efficient deployment of contracted service providers in accordance with agreed SLA’s.

POSITION INFO:
A detailed brief will be shared when shortlisting but in brief;

• SLA management
• Investigation of all security related incidents
• Budget Preparation and Management - Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and requirements
• Database Maintenance and Management
• Report Preparation and Submission
• Ensure daily checks and conducts audits (Both guarding and technical)
• Liaison with local emergency authorities
• SOP Management
