JOB DESCRIPTION
The Security Site Manager’s primary purpose is to protect the assets of the company.
He/she will also have to conduct:
- Daily inspection of security equipment.
- Maintain security standards
- Conduct weekly searches
- CCTV reviews
- On the job training
- Report writing
- Incident/ accident investigations
- Managing the risk
QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE
- 3 – 5 years supervisory experience in the Security Sector.
- Driver’s license and own, reliable transport is essential.
- Previous supervisory/managerial experience essential.
- PSIRA Grade A registered
QUALIFYING ATTRIBUTES
- Communication skills.
- Willing to work irregular hours and overtime.
- In good health and physical stature.
- Be trustworthy and honest.
- Ability to take responsibility.
- Computer literacy
