My client is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team in Montague Gardens, Cape Town. If you're a driven, target-focused professional with a passion for sales and customer service, I would like to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record of performance. A background in the IT sector is highly desirable, along with an established customer database across South Africa.

POSITION INFO:
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 08:15 – 16:45
Friday: 08:15 – 15:45

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage long-term relationships with customers
Grow and maintain a robust customer database
Meet and exceed sales targets
Deliver outstanding customer service
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and reports

Candidate Requirements:

3+ years of proven sales experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong computer literacy with in-depth IT knowledge
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
High attention to detail
Experience working with a CRM or sales system
A database of customers across South Africa is a strong advantage
Experience with Fincon Accounting software is a distinct advantage
