What you will be doing:

Lead and deliver special finance projects aligned with business objectives
Manage all aspects of insurance accounting, including policy administration and claims tracking
Prepare and oversee annual budgets and rolling forecasts
Support month-end close and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Provide insightful financial analysis to support leadership decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial systems and processes

What we are looking for:

Qualified accountant (CIMA / BCom) with strong technical and analytical expertise
Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and FP&A
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage complex projects and work effectively across departments
