POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
Matric
Degree
Minimum 5 plus years’ applicable experience
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAGE evolution or similar) and advanced Excel Skills
Experience with multi-currency transactions
Review and approve journals before posting in the financial system to ensure accuracy and compliance
Oversee account reconciliations and prepare trial balance reports to support balance sheet reviews with finance leadership
Ensure completion and review of financial controls
Oversee standard month-end reporting, including client and profitability reports
Monitor intercompany accounts, ensuring all balances are accurate and reconciled
Support the preparation of statutory accounts
Upload budgets and forecasts into finance systems
Work closely with colleagues across the finance and operational teams to maintain efficiency and support overall success
Support internal and external audits
