POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accruals, provisions, and journal entries.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, and production costing in alignment with pharmaceutical standards.
- Ensure accurate VAT, tax submissions, and preparation for external audits.
- Assist with financial risk management, corporate governance, and policy development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality control.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and operational efficiency.
ð¹ Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance
- Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in an accounting role,
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Syspro, Oracle, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities.
