POSITION INFO:

As the Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial information, supporting decision-making, and ensuring financial integrity across the business.
This role offers exposure to the full finance function, close collaboration with production teams, and a platform to influence processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full accounting function including general ledger, reconciliations, and monthly journals
Prepare monthly management accounts, financial analysis, and variance reporting
Oversee cost accounting processes and provide financial insights to support manufacturing operations
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and year-end processes
Strengthen internal controls and support audit activities

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education: BCom Accounting (minimum requirement)
Experience: At least 8 years’ accounting experience, with proven exposure in the manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of cost accounting, stock management, and production-related financial processes
Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with ERP systems
Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
