POSITION INFO:
Our client is a reputable organisation within the medical and healthcare sector, known for delivering high-quality services and maintaining a strong commitment to patient care, innovation, and operational excellence. With a growing footprint and a focus on improving internal processes, the business offers a stable yet dynamic environment for professionals who want to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes. They are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant who can take ownership of the finance function, strengthen financial controls, and support strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for a detail-driven, hands-on individual who thrives in structured, service-oriented environments and is comfortable managing complex transactions within a regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full accounting function, including month-end, reporting, and reconciliations
Maintain and improve financial controls and compliance procedures
Prepare management accounts and assist with budgeting and forecasting
Analyse financial performance and support operational decision-making
Manage and mentor junior finance staff

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Bcom degree in a related field required
5+ years within a similar role
Stock/Inventory experience beneficial
