POSITION INFO:
A well-established organization within the healthcare space, is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to take full ownership of the finance function. This role is ideal for a BCom-qualified professional with strong month-end exposure who enjoys hands-on involvement across reporting, payroll, inventory, and operational finance.
You will play a critical role in ensuring financial integrity, supporting management decision-making, and maintaining tight control over core accounting processes. Exposure to stock and inventory will be highly advantageous in this environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Full finance function (FFF) including payroll, trial balance, and reporting
Month-end close, invoicing, and balance sheet reconciliations
Stock and inventory accounting (preferred)
Preparation and review of management reports
Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely financial processing
Support operational and business reporting requirements

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Qualification: BCom (Honours preferred)
Experience: 5–10 years accounting experience
Technical: Strong trial balance, payroll, reconciliations, and reporting skills
Advantageous: Stock / inventory exposure
