POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and account postings Reconcile and balance accounts Process general journals and month-end accounting entries Generate financial statements including trial balances, income statements, and balance sheets Verify source documentation such as invoices and receipts Prepare financial reports and analyse financial information and trends Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Prepare payments and VAT submissions Assist with budgeting and annual audits Maintain an organised filing system for financial records Conduct monthly branch audits, including stock and asset verification Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar accounting role Strong bookkeeping and financial reporting experience Excellent reconciliation and account management skills Computer literacy with strong Microsoft Excel skills Experience with Xero Accounting Software would be advantageous Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines Strong planning, organisational, and analytical abilities Detail-oriented with a proactive and trustworthy approach Qualification: Accounting Degree or similar relevant qualification Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
