POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Managing the full accounting function and monthly reporting cycle Preparing and reviewing management accounts and financial reports Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations Leading month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting processes Preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections Analysing financial performance and providing meaningful insights to management Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiencies Ensuring compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements Supporting internal and external audit processes Mentoring and developing junior finance team members Partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders to drive business performance Supporting strategic initiatives and contributing to business growth Skills & Experience: 5+ years of commercial accounting experience Strong financial reporting and management accounting experience Proven track record within a fast-paced, high-performance environment Advanced Excel skills and ERP system exposure Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Commercially minded with the confidence to influence decision-making Leadership ability and a passion for developing others Qualification: CA(SA), AGA(SA) or CIMA For more information connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
