Senior Accountant

SUMMARY:
Our client in the mining industry, has an opportunity available for a Senior Accountant to be based in the Burgersfort, Limpopo area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Finance and/or Cost and Management Accounting related degree or diploma is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years extensive experience in the Management Accounting field within the mining industry is essential
• SAP and BW experience is essential.
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office package) is essential.
• Above average leadership, communication, interpersonal and people-management skills
• Valid medical certificate or be medically fit in order to obtain such a certificate
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

KPAs:

• Compiling of operating budgets, monthly management reports, variance analysis, forecasting and planning
• To implement and maintain adequate financial and budgetary controls, which include management reporting.
• To execute adhoc investigations and evaluations of projects or new initiatives, to ensure continuous improvement.
