Purpose of the job:

Responsibilities:

Reporting: Manage and maintain the financial accounting systems and data structures of the organisation to ensure the production of accurate management accounts and relevant other financial reports to stakeholders.
Management Information: Prepare annual budgets and forecasts aligned to strategic plans.
Working Capital and Assets: Oversee the effective management of fixed assets and depreciation records in line with accounting policies.
Financial Systems and Integration: Ensure financial and non-financial reporting systems are maintained to the standards required
Statutory Requirements: Manage tax liabilities and obligations under existing and proposed legislation.
Risk Management: Evaluate and improve the financial and general control environment
Leadership Management: Manage the team’s performance and day-today resourcing through operational cycles

Qualifications and requirements:

Must be CA or CIMA registered
Required degree
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
