JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lovely opportunity available for a Senior Accountant to join a dynamic e-commerce business in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. This is an evolving and multi-faceted position which will grow with the business' growth.

Responsibilities:

Sales, expense and revenue reporting and analysis
Forecasting and monthly account reviews
Prepare month-end journals
Balance sheet reconciliation
Process cashbooks
Maintain fixed asset register
Review and release local creditors
Forex payments, invoicing and credit card processing
Provide information for audits

Requirements:

Relevant accounting Degree
Completed SAIPA Articles OR 3 - 5 years experience in financial and management accounting
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Drive, motivation and ability to use initiative
