JOB DESCRIPTION:

This well-known company within the property sector is looking for an ideal individual to join their finance department in Cape Town.

This client of mine specializes in delivering exceptional service to customers and clients and are currently looking for an accountant to join their team and hit the ground running.

The most suitable person for this role will be adaptable to change and constant deadlines. This role will require you to be innovative and head strong as well as add the knowledge that you obtained during your career.

The main responsibilities will include:

Full financial function
Developing and implementing procedures and internal controls
Management accounts
Analysis
Reporting

The requirements:
Qualification:

Completed BCom Degree
Completed articles (SAICA or SAIPA)

Experience:

4+ year solid post article experience within the commercial sector (Or medium size audit firm, where accounting experience was gained)
Property or Services experience will be advantageous

Skills Required:

Advanced Excel experience
