SUMMARY:
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL ADVERT SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR PAYROLL: EAST LONDON CAMPUS (REF NO: 6640

POSITION INFO:

Applications are invited from suitable candidates with appropriate qualifications and experience for the above mentioned position.

Minimum Requirements

· M + 3 Year National Diploma / Degree in commercial /   accounting studies or a relevant related qualification equivalent to NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA;
· 5 years working experience in a Payroll and HR environment:

• Advanced knowledge of data extraction from ITS system or oracle database, Ms Excel, SARS e-filing, and SARS easy-file.
• Advanced experience working with IRP501 reconciliations and EMP201 submissions

·  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
·  Must have good communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

· Check and correct employee biographical details on Payroll/HR ITS sub system for IRP submissions
· Check and verify mandates (salary additions and adjustments) on time and accurately for projects in accordance with the latest tax legislation
·  Reconciliation of third party payments (insurances; medical aid, etc.)
·  Assist maintenance of Payroll ED Code Structure, in accordance with the latest payroll legislation
· Handle Payroll and PAYE related queries
