About the Role:
An established manufacturing company based in Markman is seeking a highly organised and experienced Senior Administrator / Receptionist to join the Plant Administration team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations, supporting management, and maintaining efficient communication within the department.
Minimum Requirements:

Relevant Administrative, Finance or related qualification
-
5–7 years’ experience in a senior administrative role
-
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (minimum intermediate level)
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Strong interpersonal abilities with a high level of professionalism

Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure

Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities:

Manage reception duties and provide general administrative assistance
-
Support finance and HR administration functions
-
Control and monitor office groceries and stationery supplies
-
Perform accurate data capturing and record-keeping
-
Assist management with general administration, reporting, and ad hoc projects

Monitor and maintain the time and attendance system
-
Support recruitment processes, including testing and induction of new employees
-
Maintain company vehicle licence records and ensure they are up to date

Track and reconcile diesel usage

Capture and maintain internal training records
