JOB SUMMARY:
Take responsibility for delivering of customer research and insights to shape and improve business decision-making regarding marketing and product development for leading financial Services offering.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Take responsibility for delivering of customer research and insights to shape and improve business decision-making regarding marketing and product development for leading financial Services offering.

Proficiency in the application of Advanced Analytics tools and technologies as well as Data Visualization tools required. Translate complex findings for non-analytical audience and influence customer and product solutions.

Proficiency in the application of Advanced Analytics tools and technologies (SQL, SAS, SPSS, R, Python) and Excel and (VBA, Macros, Scripts, Formulas, Data Visualization (Powerpoint & Power BI).

Presenting complex findings to non-analytical audience forms part of your tasks.

Honours Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Information Systems, Engineering required. Advanced Qualification in a Quantitative will be an added advantage.
