SUMMARY:
A leading architectural firm in Johannesburg is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with M.Arch qualifications who can lead projects from concept to completion and sign off on plans. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional passionate about innovative and sustainable design.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural projects, ensuring designs meet client briefs and quality standards.
Sign off on plans and ensure compliance with building regulations and approvals.
Oversee technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors.
Mentor and guide junior architects and draughtsmen.
Maintain high standards of design excellence and project delivery.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

M.Arch (Master of Architecture) qualification.
Registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP).
Proven ability to sign off on plans.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in architectural design and project management.
Strong technical knowledge, design creativity, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
