Key Skills

Advanced Revit proficiency (certification advantageous).
Strong in technical detailing, construction documentation, and council submissions.
Skilled in working drawings, coordination across disciplines, and site inspections.
Knowledge of building regulations, project administration, and quality control.
Able to problem-solve independently and manage deadlines effectively.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Bachelor’s (Honors) / NQF 7 or 8 in Architecture.
10+ years’ post-graduate experience.
Advanced Revit user
SACAP registration essential.
Proven experience on large-scale mixed-use or commercial projects.
