POSITION INFO:

Job Description and Requirements:

Draft pleadings, applications and opposing affidavits for purposes of civil litigation and labour litigation.
Consult with clients
Liaise with clients
Work independently
Desired Experience & Qualification
Admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with right of appearance in the High Court;
Minimum of 6 years’ experience post admission as an attorney
Experience in general Litigation and Labour matters
