JOB SUMMARY:
My client is a Big 4 Audit Firm with a track record of leveraging off the best technology and practices in the assurance space. Furthermore, they have a vested interest in the development of their staff looking after their career development and their wellness. They are currently growing their Audit and Assurance Team in Johannesburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Staff management
Coaching and mentoring junior staff
Provide technical assurance reporting services
Assisting with the preparation and presentation of accounting updates and training
Client liaison
Providing support for data and analytics
Staying up to date with developments in both local and international standards
Drive innovation
Drive audit quality in response to the needs of stakeholders and external regulators

Requirements:

Fully qualified CA(SA)
3-5 years external audit experience
At least 2 years’ experience in managing staff
Preferably Insurance client exposure
Project management skills
